What we do with your information

When you purchase something from Thulir, as part of the buying and selling process we collect the personal information you give us — such as your name, shipping address, email address and phone number.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, which helps us learn about your browser and operating system so we can improve your experience.

Email & messaging: with your permission, we may send you emails or WhatsApp messages about your order, new products and other updates.

How do we get your consent? When you provide personal information to complete a transaction, verify your payment, place an order, arrange a delivery or return a purchase, we take it that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, our store's integrated checkout. Your card details are encrypted in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and are not stored on our servers. Your purchase transaction data is used only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase, and is not retained afterwards beyond what we are required to keep.

Shopify Payments and its underlying processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council — a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. These requirements help ensure the secure handling of card information by our store and its service providers.
