Where we ship

We deliver across India to all serviceable locations, and we currently ship worldwide to most countries — subject to our delivery partners' operational guidelines and regional service availability.

How shipping is calculated

Shipping charges are based on the package weight (actual or volumetric, whichever is higher) and your delivery location. The exact shipping amount is calculated once your order is ready. We'll then share the final shipping charge with you on WhatsApp, and your order is dispatched once it has been cleared.

How your order is shipped

Every order is hand-packed and shipped from our facility through trusted delivery partners with a tracking label. Once your order has been picked up, we'll share the tracking details on WhatsApp (and by email) so you can follow it using your order number.

Delivery timelines

  • Dispatch within 2–10 working days after your order and shipping charge are confirmed
  • Delivery within India within 1–7 working days after dispatch
  • International delivery times vary by destination country and local customs clearance

Orders often arrive sooner — metro cities are usually quicker, while remote locations may take a little longer. Occasionally an item may need a little extra time to prepare, or a delivery may be delayed by a remote pincode or unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather; if your order needs longer, we'll keep you informed.

International orders

For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged by the destination country are set by local authorities and are payable by the recipient. These are not included in your order total or shipping charges.

Delivery address & failed deliveries

Your gift is shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure the delivery address, pincode and mobile number are complete and accurate — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice before the order is returned to us.
